The PDF files for the book are now available for download

After reflecting on a discussion with an IB colleague, I have decided to post up the PDF files for the book (see the relevant page above). I have done this because I don’t see how I will be harmed by it – at ten dollars per copy (inclusive of shipping) to anywhere in the world, it is still less expensive for schools to order a nice printed copy (with an attractive cover) than to make a photocopy of the PDF files. As well, as a write-in workbook, I would think that the book still makes more sense as a printed product than as an electronic file for most users. Lastly, I have already had to send the PDFs out to some schools in countries with corrupt postal/customs services, so by releasing the files in this way I hope that other schools and students in similar situations might be able to benefit.
